Bring your own sipper or collect one before start, then refill at pit-stops.
Use trail shoes or cushioned shoes with good grip for mud, grass, and rocks.
Wear breathable T-shirt and shorts that absorb sweat and allow movement.
Caps, sunglasses, long socks or calf sleeves, and sipper are important.
Carrying a small personal first-aid kit will be helpful.
Carry your phone for navigation and safety. Keep it fully charged.
Teams should go together all the way until the finish.
